  • Regular Thank You letters MAILED (not electronic).

  • Birthday Card, with a Gift Card for larger clients

  • Year-End Client Appreciation Message  

  • RMC: - Holiday Emails

  • RMC: - Quarterly Newsletter (Email)

  • Annual Review

  • Random call to say hello, NO business agenda

Great ways to strengthen the relationship:

  • Sympathy Card

  • "Hope you get well soon" Card

  • Congratulatory Cards on Wedding, Births, New Home, Retirement, Grandchild Birth

  • Graduation of Child (especially if they are an RESP Client!)

  • Anything that is unexpected is a Great way to make a deposit
